摘要
针对徐州市三环南路区位特殊,且兼具城市内环南线快速路和新老城区连接线功能,串联多个景区节点和高密度开发的居住区,路段功能和交通构成差异化明显等特点,采用“总量控制”和“四阶段法”相结合的方法,对其交通量进行了预测,并参照路段服务水平的划分依据,计算出三环南路在各特征年的服务水平。在此基础上,对该工程的功能定位、设计思路、总体布置、节点方案进行了研究。
Aiming at the special location of South Ring Ⅲ Road in Xuzhou, having the characteristics of the function connecting the urban expressways of South Inner Ring and the old and new urban areas, and linking up with the multiple scenic nodes and high-density developed residential areas, and the obvious constitute difference of road section function and traffic, the method of combining the "control total" and "four-stage method" is used to predict its traffic volume. And by referring the division basis of road section service levels, the service levels of South Ring Ⅲ Road in each feature year are calculated. On this basis, the functional orientation, design thought, overall layout and node scheme of this project are studied.
