摘要 球钢支座具有良好的转动性能等优点,在工程项目中得到了越来越广泛地运用。为了进一步提高球钢支座的性能,开发球钢支座的潜力,拓宽球钢支座的应用前景,需要采用新型高性能摩擦副材料。两个既直接接触又产生相对摩擦运动的物体所构成的体系称为摩擦副。在球钢支座中,摩擦副是关键组成部件之一,其材料的摩擦性能和力学性能一定程度上决定了球钢支座整体性能的优劣。主要介绍国内外摩擦副材料的应用前景及关键的性能指标,以及各国规范对指标检测方法的异同。 The steel ball bearing is more and more widely used in the engineering projects because of its good turning property and other advantages. In order to further improve the performances of steel ball bearing, to develop the potential of steel ball bearing and to widen its application prospect, the new high-performance friction pair material is required to use. The system composed of two objects not only directly contacting, but also producing the relative frictional motion is named as the friction pair. In the steel ball bearing, the friction pair is one of the key component parts. The friction performance and mechanical property of its materials can determine the advantages and disadvantages of the whole performance of steel ball bearing in a certain extent. The application prospect and key performance parameters of friction pair material at home and abroad are mainly introduced. And the similarities and differences of the methods of index detection in the different countries are also introduced.
