摘要
随着我国城市地下隧道建设的快速发展,盾构施工技术已占主导地位,隧道管片的制造精度日益提高,对铸造型钢模具的制造精度也提出了更高的要求。介绍了管片钢模激光测量技术及装置,对型钢模具制造过程的检测和控制进行了分析,针对现有试验装置存在的不足进行了优化研究,最后对一种新的管片钢模具激光快速测量工艺进行了总结。
With the rapid development of urban underground tunnel construction in China,the shield construction technology has been dominant,and the manufacturing accuracy of tunnel segment is increasing day by day.Therefore,the higher requirements are put forward for the manufacturing precision of casting steel die.The laser measurement technology and device of steel die of segment are introduced.The detection and control of section steel die manufacturing process are analyzed.The deficiencies existing in the present test devices are optimized and studied.Finally,a new rapid laser measurement technology of steel die of segment is summarized.
