摘要
通过分析电动自行车的安全特性和骑乘人员不佩戴头盔的原因,结合深圳市南山交警大队开展的电动自行车佩戴头盔治理行动,提出提高电动自行车头盔佩戴率的办法,以期提升道路交通安全水平。
By analyzing the safety characteristics of electric bicycles and the reasons why riders do not wear helmets,combined with the management of electric bicycle wearing helmets carried out by Shenzhen Nanshan traffic police brigade,methods to increase the helmet wearing rate of electric bicycles are proposed to improve the level of road traffic safety.
