公路沥青路面就地冷再生技术评价

Evaluation on the construction technology of on-site cold recycling for highway asphalt pavement

为提高公路沥青路面的使用性能,降低沥青路面改造费用和缩短建设工期,对就地冷再生技术进行改造,对公路沥青路面进行技术评价。通过案例分析法,以G110线怀来至下花园段工程为研究对象,对其采用沥青路面就地冷再生工艺路段和采用传统挖除重建路段进行对比分析。结果表明,就地冷再生施工工艺在经济效益、工期效益及环保资源效益方面均优于传统施工工艺。

In order to improve the performance of highway asphalt pavement,reduce the cost of asphalt pavement reconstruction and shorten the construction period,carry out technical evaluation of the road asphalt pavement reconstruction with on-site cold recycling technology.Through case analysis method,take G110 from Huailai to Xiahuayuan section project as the object,a comparative analysis of the road section using the asphalt pavement on-site cold recycling technology and the traditional excavation and reconstruction of the road section is carried out.The analysis results show that the on-site cold recycling construction technology is superior to the traditional construction technology in terms of economic benefits,construction period benefits and environmental resource benefits.
