摘要
以某商用车前轴为研究对象,基于ABAQUS模拟台架试验建立了CAE仿真模型,进行了静力学仿真分析。该模型建模过程复杂,计算不易收敛,仿真计算耗时量大,对该前轴CAE模型进简化处理,建立了前轴的CAE等效简化模型,保证仿真精度的前提下,有效缩短仿真计算时长,提高了仿真效率,规范了前轴力学分析的建模过程。
Taking a certain commercial vehicle front axle as the research object,the CAE simulation model of it was established and finished referring to the bench test.The modeling process is complex,hard to convergence,which caused time wasted.Simplify the CAE model of the front axle,establish the equivalent simplified model.Under the premise of ensuring the simulation accuracy,the equivalent model can shorten the simulation time efficiently,and improve the simulation efficiency,regularize the process of statics analysis of front axle.
