Ideas and strategies for promoting the high-quality development of Hebei civil aviation in the"14th Five-Year Plan"period

针对河北省“十四五”期民航发展面临的新形势、新要求,提出了构建“一群、一网、三体系”民航发展新格局,并从基础设施扩容提质、枢纽机场国家化、支线机场精品化、通用航空差异化、航空物流规模化以及优化供给资源配置等六方面,提出了促进河北民航高质量发展的建议。

In response to the new situation and new requirements of civil aviation development in Hebei province during the"14th Five-Year Plan"period,the paper proposes to build a new pattern of civil aviation development of"a group,one network,and three systems",and expand and improve the quality of infrastructure,nationalization of hub airports,and branch lines.Six aspects,including airport quality,general aviation differentiation,aviation logistics scale,and optimization of supply resource allocation,have put forward suggestions to promote the high-quality development of Hebei's civil aviation.
