摘要
培训是促进高校青年教师教学能力提升的主要手段。现有的培训模式无法满足青年教师的成长需求,存在培训内容层次浅、培训对象覆盖面窄、培训形式单一、缺乏后续培训、培训内容与教师实际需求不符等问题。因此,高校应做出改革。建议高校要更加重视本科教学,转变培训理念,以教师的发展需求为导向,做好学校和教师的需求分析,开展长期培训、创新教学能力评价方式、加强教师教学发展专职机构建设。
Training is the main means to improve the teaching ability of young teachers in colleges. The current training models cannot meet the needs of young teachers and there are many problems, such as training content is too simple, coverage of trainees is too low, the training form is not rich enough, lacking of follow-up training and the training contents do not match the actual needs. So, colleges should make reforms and think about the ideas of improving teaching ability from the perspective of teachers’ demands. We suggest that colleges should pay more attention to undergraduate teaching, change training concept, follow school and teachers’ needs, develop a long-term planning training, innovate teaching ability evaluation methods and strengthen the construction of professional institutions for teacher teaching development.
