摘要
本文就如何培养具有专业的实践操作技能、机械加工技能、自动化生产线安装调试技能、工人机器人编程与操作技能的机电一体化复合型人才,如何在机电一体化人才培养方案的基本上,改革创新课程内容,重新构建课程体系,开发设计与企业衔接的课程体系和教学方式。在综合实践课程上,如何在规模性实践产业基地和数据生产车间的基础上,创建系统化智能化工厂,推动工学结合人才培养。并建立培养一支具备高超专业技术能力、自主创新能力,具有交叉学科技术专业水准的教师团队。
In this paper, the practice of how to develop professional skills, mechanical processing, automatic production line installation and debugging, workers robot programming and operation skills of mechanical and electrical integration of interdisciplinary talents, how the electromechanical integration of the talent training scheme basically, reform course content, to build a course system, development and design with the enterprise cohesion of course system and teaching methods. In terms of comprehensive practice courses, how to create a systematic and intelligent factory on the basis of large-scale practice industrial base and data production workshop to promote the cultivation of talents combining work with study? It aims to establish and train a team of teachers with superb professional and technical ability, independent innovation ability, with interdisciplinary technical professional standards.
