摘要 在我国现代化教育水平不断提高以及教育改革力度不断深入的背景下,产教融合发展模式凭借自身具有的多元化优势得到了专业人士的一致认可与好评。在此过程中,作为高职院校提高自身竞争能力、有效实现可持续发展目标的重要因素之一,加强对教师队伍的建设力度,也能够在一定程度上是高职院校产教融合发展模式得到进一步深入的核心基础。本文针对我国产教融合背景下,高职院校"双师型"教师队伍的有效建设途径展开详细分析,为我国高职院校整体教学水平的进一步提高奠定坚实基础。 With the development of modern education and the deepening of educational reform in China, the integrated development model of industry and education has been recognized and praised by many professionals. In this process, as one of the important factors for higher vocational colleges to improve their competitive ability and effectively realize the goal of sustainable development, strengthen the construction of the teaching staff, to a certain extent, it is the core foundation for the further development of the mode of integration of industry and education in higher vocational colleges. Under the background of the integration of industry and education in China, this paper makes a detailed analysis of the effective ways to build the "double-qualified" teachers in higher vocational colleges, which will lay a solid foundation for the further improvement of the overall teaching level of higher vocational colleges in China.
