高职院校校企合作订单式人才培养模式的应用——以安康职业技术学院为例

Application of “Order Type” Talent Training Mode of School Enterprise Cooperation in Higher Vocational Colleges——Taking Ankang Vocational and Technical College as an Example

高职学校与公司合作"订单式"人才培训模式是与公司签订雇佣合同,并制定满足公司需求的人才培训计划。校企合作共同制定教学课程和评估方法,以达到人才培养目标的一种培训模式。本文结合安康职业技术学院的教学实际,探讨研究了3种"订单班"的具体应用情况,为今后高职院校校企合作人才培养模式的研究提供科学参考和理论依据。

The "order type" talent training mode of cooperation between higher vocational schools and companies is to sign employment contracts with companies and formulate talent training plans to meet the needs of companies. School enterprise cooperation is a kind of training mode to jointly develop teaching courses and evaluation methods in order to achieve the goal of talent training. Based on the teaching practice of Ankang Vocational and Technical College, this paper discusses the specific application of three kinds of "order class", which provides a scientific reference and theoretical basis for the future research on the talent training mode of school enterprise cooperation in higher vocational colleges.
