高校教师党支部“双带头人”和“头雁工程”培育工程的实施研究

高校作为我国人才重要输出地,其党建工作会影响学校发展以及国家建设,对大学生健康成长起到指引作用。而高校教师党支部建设作为高校基层党建组织,其中支部书记的整体素质与能力,会在很大程度上影响基层党支部建设质量。对此,本文分析了"双带头人"和"头雁工程"培育工程实施意义,提出了高校教师党支部"双带头人"具体实践对策,希望此次分析可以为相关研究提供参考。

As an important exporter of talents in our country, colleges and universities, their Party building work will affect the development of schools and national construction, and play a guiding role in the healthy growth of college students. The construction of college teachers’ Party branches as a grassroots Party building organization in colleges and universities, the overall quality and ability of the branch secretary will affect the quality of grassroots Party branch construction to a large extent. In this regard, this article analyzes the implementation significance of the "dual leader" and "head goose project" cultivation project, and puts forward specific practical countermeasures for the "dual leader" of the Party branch of college teachers. It is hoped that this analysis can provide reference for related research.
