摘要
针对电磁继电器金属多余物常见病,梳理来源,分析危害度,提出了控制10μm金属多余物标准。采取仿真与试验相结合的方法优化焊接工艺参数,改善焊接体系相关条件,应用自动焊接设备和焊接参数在线测量设备监控生产过程,实践证明减少点焊飞溅多余物效果显著。同时研制触点间隙测量和触点压力测试设备减少带入类金属多余物,应用高频自动清洗设备和在线激光颗粒物分析仪检测装配过程中的金属多余物。研究成果应用后产品PIND淘汰率大幅度降低。
Aiming at the common diseases of metal particle in electromagnetic relay,reviews their sources,hazard analysis.The standard of controlling 10μm metal particle.Optimization of welding parameters by simulation and test,Improve welding system related conditions,Application of automatic welding equipment and welding parameter online measuring equipment to monitor production process,It has been proved that the effect of reducing the spatter of spot welding is remarkable.At the same time,the equipment for measuring contact gap and contact pressure is developed to reduce the amount of metal like residues,Application of high frequency automatic cleaning equipment and on-line laser particle analyzer in the detection of metal particle residues in the assembly process,The elimination rate of PIND is greatly reduced.
