摘要
应用SBM模型估计安徽省高耗能行业2008-2019年产能过剩情况,并基于投资扩张的中介效应检验政府干预对产能过剩的影响.结果显示:高耗能行业产能过剩呈现较大差异.有色金属冶炼及压延加工业行业生产运作能力高效,而电力热力的生产和供应业的产能过剩情况极度严重,其他行业保持中等水平.投资扩张对政府干预与产能过剩呈现部分中介作用,说明政府干预会通过其他路径对产能过剩产生加剧作用.
The SBM model is used to estimate the annual excess capacity of high-energy industries in Anhui Province from 2008 to 2019,and the influence of government intervention on excess capacity is tested based on the mediating effect of investment expansion.The results show that there is a great difference in excess capacity in high energy consuming industries.Non-ferrous metal smelting and rolling processing industries have high production and operation capacity,while the production and supply of power and thermal power industries have extremely serious overcapacity.Other industries remain at a moderate level.Investment expansion has a partial mediating effect on government intervention and excess capacity,indicating that government intervention will aggravate excess capacity through other paths.
