粘性流体中磁子悬浮状态探究

摘要 建立搅拌子的自旋运动微分方程,用竖直方向上动力学方程描述搅拌子运动状态.研究结果表明:搅拌子的悬浮状态由搅的质量、所受磁力的大小、转速差和液体的粘滞系数共同决定;搅拌子的总运动状态可以看做搅拌子摆动运动和旋转运动的叠加状态;搅拌子悬浮状态时的最佳实验大小长度为5 mm;当雷诺数较高时,流体径向向外流动,流动的倒转导致悬浮不稳定. The differential equation of spin motion of the stirrer is established,and the state of motion of the stirrer is described by the kinetic equation in the vertical direction.The results show that the suspension state of the stirrer is determined by the mass of the stirrer,the magnetic force,the rotating-speed difference and the viscosity coefficient of the liquid.The total motion state of the stirrer can be seen as a superposition of the oscillating and rotating motion of the stirrer;the optimal experimental size length when the stirrer is in suspension is 5 mm;when the Reynolds number is high,the fluid flows radially outward and the inversion of the flow leads to unstable suspension.
