木本油料副产物加工利用研究进展

Research Progress in Processing and Utilization of Woody Oil By-products

木本油料作物具有不与粮争地、经济效益高、生态效益好等优点,发展潜力巨大。我国将12种木本油料植物作为重点研究和发展对象,种植面积迅速扩大,同时带来了大量的木本油料副产物资源。综述了木本油料副产物的用途及多级利用途径,针对木本油料副产物来源的多样性,从木本油料果实采收、加工过程中产生的副产物类别及功能成分着手,分析其利用途径和现阶段加工技术中存在的主要问题,并从科研、加工和政策三个方向针对性地提出木本油料副产物高值化、规模化利用的建议。

Woody oil crops have the advantages of non-competition with grain,good economic and ecological benefits,and have great development potential.China has made 12 kinds of woody oil plants as the target of key research and development.With the rapid expansion of planting area,a large number of woody oil by-product resources have been brought.The use of woody oil and its multi-stage utilization were summarized.According to the diversity of the sources of woody oil by-products,the types and functional components of by-products produced during the harvesting and processing of woody oils crops,the main problems of utilization ways and current processing technologies were analyzed.From the three directions of scientific research,processing and policy,suggestions on the high-value and large-scale utilization of woody oil by-products are put forward.
