高海拔条件液化石油气钢瓶充装过程的承压性能

摘要 液化石油气钢瓶爆炸严重威胁人民群众生命财产安全,特别是在高海拔地区,由于气压、气温都和低海拔地区存在显著差异,在液化石油气充装和使用过程中,钢瓶爆炸更容易发生,研究钢瓶承压性能就更为重要.首先经过理论推导与论证,设计了评估模型,在内地与西藏高海拔地区进行试验,通过试验数据验证了评估模型与实际工况吻合较好.研究了海拔高度、介质充装量、工作环境温度等因素对钢瓶承压性能的影响,试验数据表明,随着海拔增高,瓶内外压差增加,温差大,钢瓶承压性能减弱;随着充装量增大,瓶内压力增大,近似线性关系;工作环境温度对钢瓶内压力的影响明显.研究结果为高海拔地区液化石油气钢瓶的运营与监管提供了有益参考. The explosion of liquefied petroleum gas cylinders and other accidents seriously threatens the safety of people's lives and property.Especially in the high altitude area,it is more important to study the pressure bearing performance of the cylinder in the process of LPG filling.Firstly,the evaluation model was designed through theoretical derivation and demonstration,and the test was carried out in high altitude areas of Tibet and inland.The test data verified that the evaluation model was in good agreement with the actual working conditions.The effects of altitude,filling capacity of medium and working temperature on the pressure bearing performance of cylinders are studied.The results show that with the increase of altitude,the pressure difference between inside of cylinder and outside increases,the temperature difference is large,and the pressure bearing performance of cylinder is weakened.With the increase of filling volume,the pressure in the bottle increases,which has an approximate linear relationship.The influence of ambient temperature on the pressure in cylinder is obvious.The research results provide a useful reference for the operation and supervision of LPG cylinders in high altitude areas.
