摘要
为了降低稻草秸秆发酵过程中氮素的损失和臭味的产生量,研究了稻草秸秆发酵料中添加不同剂量的过磷酸钙(0、5%、10%、15%)对鸡腿菇菌丝体生长阶段和子实体生长阶段菌丝体胞外酶的活性及鸡腿菇的产量和品质的影响.结果表明:发酵料中添加过磷酸钙会增加鸡腿菇菌丝体生长阶段和子实体生长阶段羧甲基纤维素酶、半纤维素酶、漆酶、过氧化物酶、淀粉酶的活性;能缩短鸡腿菇的现蕾时间、首次采菇时间;能增加第一潮菇鲜菇产量、生物学效率、干物质、粗蛋白与总糖的含量.综合来看,稻草秸秆发酵料中添加10%的过磷酸钙能使鸡腿菇胞外酶活性、产量和品质最高.
In order to reduce the loss of nitrogen and the production of stink during the ferment of rice straw,the effect of adding different doses of superphosphate(0,5%,10%,15%)to the fermented rice straw on extracellular enzyme activity of mycelium in the mycelium growth stage and fruit body growth stage were measured,yield and quality of Coprinus comatus were also measured.The results showed that:the additions of superphosphate to the fermented rice straw the activities of carboxymethyl cellulase,hemicellulase,laccase,peroxidase,amylase during the mycelium in the mycelium growth stage and fruit body growth sta phase of the mycelium of Coprinus comatus were increased;budding time and the first harvesting time were shorter,the yield of fresh fruit body in the first harvest,biological efficiency and dry matter,crude protein,and total sugar content were also increased.On the whole,the additions of 10%superphosphate to the fermented rice straw was the most conducive to the improvement of extracellular enzyme activity of mycelium,yield,quality of Coprinus comatus.
