高灰煤泥滤饼破碎及均匀配比混料装置的设计

Design of Crushing and Uniform Mixing Device for High Ash Coal Slurry Filter Cake

湿法选煤工艺中,煤泥滤饼因灰分偏高、水分大、发热量较低,造成其资源化利用困难,而滤饼充分破碎及均匀配比混料是解决此问题的有效途径。为此研究了一种高灰煤泥滤饼破碎及均匀配比混料的装置,该装置主要包含破碎箱、混料箱和配料箱3部分,能够实现软性潮湿易黏结物质(如压滤煤泥)和中、低硬度物料(如混煤)一体化联合破碎及均匀掺混,其破碎比可达32,破碎粒度均匀;其处理能力与辊轮长度呈线性关系,可达30 t/(h·m);并且滤饼和混煤掺混比例为1∶4,能够使物料混合更加充分,混料物性更加均匀单一,最终实现煤泥滤饼的资源化利用,降低了环境污染,增加了企业经济效益。

In the wet coal preparation process,the slime filter cake has high ash content,high moisture content,and low calorific value,which makes it difficult to use as a resource.Fully crushing of the filter cake and uniform mixing of materials are effective to solve this problem.For this reason,a device for crushing high ash coal slurry filter cake and uniform mixing ratio was studied.The device mainly includes a crushing box,a mixing box and a batching box.
