“城市双修”语境下闽南建筑保护与环境设计——以泉州市晋江灵源公园为例

Architectural Protection and Environmental Design of Southern Fujian in the Context of"City Betterment and Ecological Restoration"——A Case Study of Jinjiang Lingyuan Park in Quanzhou

随着中国城市化进程的加快,城市包裹和吞噬传统文化村落,家屋从独栋变成了楼房,闽南民居的物质环境不断发生变化。传统民居文化因砖瓦的腐烂和拆迁而不断磨损,家族传承、物质空间载体的消失造成文化遗产价值的下降。灵源公园位于灵源山风景区脚下,东邻灵水社区古厝群,北靠灵水安置房。在"城市双修"语境下,以灵源公园为例,通过对场地内的生态资源进行调查和分析,对现存闽南传统民居建筑进行梳理和价值评估,充分挖掘地区文脉,发挥地域特色文化优势,为周边居民提供交流空间与休闲活动平台,使在地居民可以看得见"乡愁",感受得到"场所精神"。培养社区认同感,提高文化保护意识,同时打造灵源山风景区中重要的景观节点,使自然景观与人文景观相辅相成。

With the process of urbanization in China,the city has wrapped and swallowed up the traditional cultural villages,and the houses have changed from single houses to buildings.With the acceleration of urbanization,the material environment of Southern Fujian residential buildings has changed constantly,and traditional residential culture is constantly worn away due to the decay and demolition of bricks and tiles,family inheritance,the disappearance of material space carrier,and the value of cultural heritage is declining.How to better protect the traditional ancient residential buildings in Southern Fujian?In the context of"city betterment and ecological restoration",this paper sorts out and evaluates the existing traditional residential buildings in Southern Fujian by investigating and analyzing the ecological resources in the site,It is proposed to fully tap the regional context,give full play to the advantages of regional characteristics and culture,and provide sufficient communication space and leisure activities platform for the surrounding residents,so that the local residents can see the"nostalgia",feel the"spirit of place",cultivate the sense of community identity,and improve the awareness of cultural protection.At the same time,it is also an important landscape node in Lingyuan Mountain Scenic Area,making the natural landscape and human landscape complement each other.
