摘要
地下采空区具有空间分布难以探明、治理难度大、对新建工程影响大等特点。为解决在工程建设初期对地下采空区的支护问题,通过收集连云港新浦磷矿地下采空区数据资料,运用ItascaD软件建立地下采空区三维地质模型,并通过三维离散元软件3DEC计算分析,得出不同灌浆率下的地下采空区变形特征。计算结果表明:(1)从位移结果分析,支护效果与灌浆率呈正相关;(2)灌浆率在80%以上后,位移增加量不足1 cm,支护效果提高不明显;(3)从经济角度考虑,支护灌浆率为80%时最具经济效益。
The underground goaf has the characteristics of difficult spatial distribution,difficult governance and great influence on new projects.In the early stage of engineering construction,the support of underground goaf is particularly important.In this paper,the three-dimensional geological model of underground goaf is established by collecting the data of an underground goaf by using ItascaD software.Then the deformation characteristics of underground goaf under different grouting rates are obtained through the calculation and analysis of three-dimensional discrete element software 3DEC.The calculation results show that the grouting rate at 80%is the most reasonable and economic.
