摘要
容量裕度是输电线路可靠性和安全性的保证,针对高负荷下的网络阻塞等现象带来的种种挑战,提出了一种改进COA(混沌优化算法)的输电线路扩容规划策略。首先对基本输电线路的结构进行了建模和分析,其次,综合考虑负荷系数和剩余输电容量的影响,以投资最小化和剩余输电容量最大化建立了目标函数,用改进COA算法对其进行求解,得到了支路负荷系数的最佳分布,最后以IEEE Garver-6节点系统验证了其可行性和有效性。实验结果表明,相同安全准则下,增加线路数可以提高线路的负荷系数,即输电线路负载能力增强,容量裕度增大,极大地提高了输电线路的安全性和可靠性。
Capacity margin is the guarantee of the reliability and safety of transmission lines.Aiming at the various challenges caused by network congestion under high load,this paper proposes an improved COA(Chaos Optimization Algorithm)transmission line expansion planning strategy.Firstly,the structure of the basic transmission line is modeled and analyzed.Secondly,considering the influence of the load factor and the remaining transmission capacity,the objective function is established by minimizing the investment and maximizing the remaining transmission capacity,and is solved by the improved COA algorithm.The optimal distribution of branch load coefficient is obtained,and finally its feasibility and effectiveness are verified by IEEE Garver-6 node system.Experimental results show that under the same safety criteria,increasing number of lines can increase the load factor of the line,that is to say,the load capacity of the transmission line is increased,and the capacity margin is increased,which greatly improves the safety and reliability of the transmission line.
