摘要
压力容器是一种密闭的容器,不仅可以承受高温高压,还可以用来封存和盛装有毒有害、易燃易爆的物品。压力容器的质量安全关系着人类的财产和生命安全。在压力容器的制造中,越来越多的企业采用质量控制分析方法,用精细化的方法对产品质量进行严格的把控。文章从分析不同类型的压力容器的特点出发,逐步分类阐述压力容器各产品中存在的问题,根据压力容器产品的制造工艺,提出相关解决问题的对策,以供参考。
A pressure vessel is a closed vessel that can not only withstand high temperature and pressure, but also can be used to seal and contain toxic, hazardous, flammable and explosive materials. The quality and safety of pressure vessels are related to the safety of human property and life. In the manufacture of pressure vessels, more and more companies adopt quality control analysis methods to strictly control product quality with refined methods. Starting from the analysis of the characteristics of different types of pressure vessels, the article gradually classifies and elaborates the problems existing in each product of the pressure vessel, and proposes relevant solutions to the problems according to the manufacturing process of the pressure vessel products for reference.
