一体化污水处理设备在造纸工业废水处理中的应用

采用传统工业废水处理方法处理过的废水仍存在部分污染物质含量不满足国家污水排放标准的问题,为了避免工业造纸生产对生态环境可持续发展造成威胁,文章提出一种基于一体化污水处理设备的造纸工业废水处理方法。应用加药冲洗造纸工业废水的方式,对排出废水进行初步处理,并调节水体酸碱度,避免在发生反应过程中,水体中的废砂与倒入药剂发生二次反应,在此基础上,使用一体化污水处理设备对废水进行机械浓缩脱水处理,将导出的水体排入消毒池,对水体进行深度消毒,完成对造纸工业废水的有效处理。通过对比实验证明,设计的污水处理方法可使工业造纸生产排出的废水达到国家污水排放标准。

The method of washing paper industry wastewater with chemicals is used to initially treat the discharged wastewater, and adjust the pH and pH of the water body to avoid secondary reactions between the waste sand in the water body and the imported chemicals during the reaction process. On this basis, The integrated sewage treatment equipment is used to mechanically concentrate and dehydrate the waste water, and the exported water body is discharged into the disinfection tank, the water body is deeply disinfected, and the effective treatment of the paper industry wastewater is completed. The comparative experiment proves that the designed sewage treatment method can realize the wastewater discharged from industrial papermaking production to meet the national sewage discharge standard.
