摘要
在我国工业化发展水平不断提高的背景下,数控高速切削技术逐渐被应用于机械制造中,其在汽车制造、航天工程等很多领域都得到了广泛应用。信息技术的发展,使得在机械切削加工过程中融入各种数控元素成为可能,有效提高了高速切削加工效率,同时也保证了机械制造的质量。文章从数控高速切削加工技术的实际出发,详细分析了切削加工技术的应用特点和技术优势,并提出相应的措施以保障数控高速切削技术在机械制造中得到有效应用。
In the context of the continuous improvement of my country’s industrialization development level, CNC high-speed cutting technology has gradually been applied to machinery manufacturing, and it has been widely used in many fields such as automobile manufacturing and aerospace engineering. The development of information technology has made it possible to incorporate various numerical control elements in the machining process, effectively improving the efficiency of high-speed machining, and at the same time ensuring the quality of machine manufacturing. Starting from the reality of CNC high-speed cutting processing technology, the article analyzes the application characteristics and technical advantages of cutting processing technology in detail to ensure the effective application of CNC high-speed cutting technology in mechanical manufacturing.
