摘要 当前各类制造行业均开始使用各种智能机械设备,转变了传统单一的人工工作模式,提高了作业效率和作业质量,使得部分精密操作更加精准、有效。机械设备的设计和制造是影响其使用效果的关键因素,在新的社会环境下智能技术、信息技术发展速度不断加快,传统的设计理念和制造方法无法满足机械设备使用需求,因此需要尽快对研发设计理念进行创新,改进制造工艺。基于此,文章对智能机械设备研发设计创新策略和制造创新策略进行了分析,旨在为智能机械设备的生产制造提供有效参考。 At present, all kinds of mechanical equipment are used in all walks of life, which changes the traditional single manual working mode, improves the operation efficiency and quality, and makes some precision operations more accurate and effective. The design and manufacturing of mechanical equipment is the key factor affecting its use effect. In the new social environment, the development of intelligent technology and information technology is accelerating, and the traditional design concept and manufacturing method can not meet the use needs of mechanical equipment. Therefore, it is necessary to innovate the R & D design concept and improve the manufacturing process as soon as possible. Based on this, this paper analyzes the R & D design innovation strategy and manufacturing innovation strategy of intelligent mechanical equipment, in order to provide effective reference for the production and manufacturing of intelligent mechanical equipment.
