九阡酒的研究及产业发展思考

Research on Jiuqian Liquor and Thoughts on the Development of Jiuqian Liquor Industry

九阡酒是产自贵州省三都水族自治县九阡镇的一种具有鲜明水族文化特征的酒种,在水族人民生活中扮演着重要的角色。但九阡酒未能与贵州酒产业一起快速发展,其发展还相对滞后。本文对九阡酒的生产工艺、酒文化等方面进行介绍,以提高九阡酒的认识度和知名度,并对九阡酒产业发展提出策略分析。

Jiuqian Liquor,which is produced in Jiuqian Town,Sandu Autonomous County,Guizhou Province,is a kind of distilled liquor with the distinctive characteristics of the Shui people.It plays an important role in the daily life of the Shui people.However,the development of Jiuqian Liquor industry is relatively slow.In this paper,the production technology and the culture of Jiuqian Liquor are introduced,so as to improve the recognition and reputation of Jiuqian Liquor.And the development strategy of Jiuqian Liquor industry is put forward.
