白酒中甲醛含量检测方法的比较研究

Comparison of Determination Methods for Formaldehyde in Baijiu

通过比较白酒中甲醛含量的3种检测方法,即A蒸馏法、B直接稀释法和C直接测量法,为检测白酒中甲醛含量建立一种更优的检测方法。对前处理、水浴影响、标准曲线、重复性和加标回收率进行比较分析。在前处理方面,A法和B法的前处理实验结果偏高,C法结果准确;在水浴方面,3种方法的水浴条件下,重量损失A法>B法>C法;在标准曲线方面,3种方法的线性关系基本一致且良好,但C法的标曲范围更广;在重复性方面,C法的重复性更加稳定;在加标回收率方面,A法的加标回收率较差,B法和C法的加标回收率高,准确度好。结果表明,与A法和B法相比,C法更优,操作简便,检测结果准确可靠,适用于白酒中甲醛含量检测。

We compared the three determination methods for formaldehyde content in Baijiu,namely,distillation(A),direct dilution(B)and direct measurement(C),so as to establish a better determination method for formaldehyde content in Baijiu.The pretreatment,water bath effect,standard curve,repeatability and spiked recovery rate of the three methods were compared and analyzed.In the aspect of pretreatment,the results of methods A and B were higher than that of method C.In the aspect of water bath,the weight loss of the three methods was A>B>C.In terms of standard curve,the linear relationship of the three methods was basically consistent and good,but the range of the standard curve of method C was wider.In terms of repeatability,method C was more stable.In the aspect of spiked recovery rate,method A was inferior to methods B and C.Compared with methods A and B,method C was more convenient in operation,and the results were accurate and reliable.Therefore,method C is suitable for the determination of formaldehyde content in Baijiu.
