智能三点式钢横隔梁的研究与应用

摘要 小箱梁斜交桥的混凝土横隔梁在施工时存在难以对齐的问题,即使施工顺利完成,在后期使用过程中也较易开裂。研发了一种新型智能钢横隔梁,结合依托工程104国道鹿城段改建项目,完成了横隔梁结构形式比选及工程应用。结果表明:新型智能三点式钢横隔梁在结构稳定性、施工便利性和经济效益等方面综合评价较好,可以代替传统混凝土横隔梁进行横向传力;智能构件在运营阶段可连续收集桥梁响应数据,通过数据云平台进行整理分析,实现实时监测预警,满足智慧交通建设的需求。 The concrete diaphragm of small box girder skew bridge is difficult to align during the construction.Even if the construction is successfully completed,it is easy to crack in the later use process.A new type of intelligent steel diaphragm is developed.In combination with the reconstruction project of Lucheng section of national highway 104,the structural form comparison and selection and the engineering application of diaphragm are completed.The results show that:the new intelligent three-point steel diaphragm has a good comprehensive evaluation in structural stability,construction convenience and economic benefits,and it can replace the traditional concrete diaphragm for transverse force transfer;intelligent components can continuously collect bridge response data in the operation stage,sort and analyze through the data cloud platform,realize real-time monitoring and early warning,and meet the needs of intelligent transportation construction.
