摘要
瓶窑互通七号桥梁体滑移导致伸缩缝一端顶死另一端拉开,严重影响行车安全。为研究滑移病害产生的原因,采用Midas Civil对七号桥进行有限元建模分析,考虑桩土相互作用,以及汽车制动力、温度荷载等因素,选取六个工况进行计算分析,此外,针对瓶窑七号桥,还提出了完整的纠偏复位方案。研究表明,带纵坡梁体支座处在反复的温升温降荷载、制动力以及自重分力作用下,产生了不可恢复的变形,致使梁体下移,导致梁体滑移病害的产生。
The slippage of Pingyao interchange No.7 bridge beam body leads to the jacking of one end of the expansion joint and the opening of the other end,which can seriously affect the driving safety.In order to study the causes of slippage disease,the finite element modeling analysis of No.7 bridge is carried out by using Midas Civil.Considering the pile-soil interaction,vehicle braking force,temperature load and other factors,six working conditions are selected for calculation and analysis.In addition,a kind of complete deviation correction and restoration scheme is put forward for Pingyao No.7 bridge.The research shows that,under the action of repeated temperature rise and drop load,braking force and self-weight component,the bearing of beam body with longitudinal slope produces unrecoverable deformation,resulting in the downward movement of beam body and the occurrence of slippage disease of beam body.
