盲孔镶嵌自锁螺母锁紧力矩仿真及试验研究 被引量:3

摘要 为了探究盲孔镶嵌自锁螺母锁紧力矩的影响规律,确定工件材质和收口量,通过有限元仿真分析,研究不同收口量下盲孔镶嵌自锁螺母的锁紧力矩。根据中国航空工业第六○二所企业标准Q/16S 510—2015,确定理论最佳收口量,得到收口量对锁紧力矩的影响曲线,并进行分组试验,对比了材料分别为30CrMnSiA和GH2132时,尺寸规格分别为M4、M5和M6盲孔镶嵌自锁螺母的锁紧性能。试验结果表明,随着收口量的增大,锁紧力矩呈上升趋势,并且相同尺寸规格的盲孔镶嵌自锁螺母,材料为30CrMnSiA时的锁紧力矩大于材料为GH2132时的锁紧力矩,其锁紧性能更加优异。当收口量为0.22 mm时,材料为30CrMnSiA的M4、M5和M6盲孔镶嵌自锁螺母的最大锁紧力矩均满足相关标准要求。 In order to explore the influence law of locking torque of blind hole enchase self-locking nuts,workpiece material and closing amount were determined.Through the finite element simulation analysis,the study of locking torque of the blind hole enchase self-locking nuts with different closing amounts was carried out.According to the enterprise standard Q/16 S 510—2015 of the 602 nd Institute of China Aviation Industry,the theoretical optimal closing amount was determined,the influence curve of closing amount on locking torque was obtained,and group experiments were carried out,the locking performances of M4,M5,and M6 blind hole enchase self-locking nuts were compared when the materials were 30 CrMnSiA and GH2132 respectively.Results show that with the increase of closing amount,the locking torque rises,when the blind hole enchase self-locking nuts are of the same specification,the locking torque when the material is 30 CrMnSiA is greater than the locking torque when the material is GH2132,and its locking performance is more outstanding.When the closing amount is 0.22 mm,the maximum locking torque of M4,M5 and M6 blind hole enchase self-locking nuts made of 30 CrMnSiA all meet the requirements of relevant standards.
