共同富裕已经成为新时代改革发展的鲜明主题。在这一主题下,党和国家在众多领域推出了一系列力度空前的改革。这些改革立足我国社会主要矛盾新变化,立足党的十八大以来形成的新的认知结构、权利结构和利益结构,立足党百年奋斗形成的宝贵经验,准确把握了共同富裕与供给和需求的关系,共同富裕与社会主义基本经济制度的关系。推进下一步改革,要在遵循经济规律和自然规律的基础上,一方面激活供给侧,另一方面把准需求侧,确保在高质量发展中推动实现共同富裕。

Common prosperity has become a distinct theme of reform and development in the new era.To achieve this goal,the Party and the state have launched a series of unprecedented reforms in a myriad of fields.These reforms,based on the new changes of major contradictions of our society,on the new structures of cognition,rights and interests since the 18th CPC National Congress,and on the valuable experience of the Party's endeavors over the past century,accurately grasp the relationship of common prosperity with supply and demand and with the basic socialist economic system.To promote further reform,we must,on the basis of following the economic and natural rules,activate the supply side on the one hand and accurately understand the demand side to ensure the realization of common prosperity in high-quality development.
