元宇宙本身并不是一个像宇宙那样的科学概念,而是对数字技术所驱动和连接的信息空间的一种新的概括性描述,是一个会根据技术发展而不断增减内涵的开放性的集合概念。鉴于当前元宇宙的发展尚处于概念传播与创新孵化期,在构建具体的治理框架之前,亟需进行一系列预见性的跨学科研究,为其提供一套基于理性认识的工作假设。为此,非常有必要从元宇宙所代表的科技社会的未来趋势廓清其实质和问题,确立把握元宇宙开放性创新的认知策略,进而对元宇宙的价值诉求和治理原则展开前瞻性思考。

The metaverse itself is not a scientific concept like the universe,but a new general description of the information space driven and connected by digital technologies,and is actually an open collective concept that will continuously increase or decrease its connotations along with technological development.Given that the development of the metaverse at present is still in an incubation period of conceptual dissemination and innovation,there is an urgent need for a series of anticipatory interdisciplinary studies to provide a set of rational working hypotheses before a specific governance framework can be constructed.To this end,it is essential to clarify the nature and problems of the future trends of the technological society represented by the metaverse,and establish a cognitive strategy for grasping the openness and innovation of the metaverse,so as to initiate forward-looking reflections on the value propositions and governance principles of the metaverse.
