数字化外科导板在复杂无牙颌种植修复中的个性化应用 被引量:6

The personalized application of digital surgical guide in implant restoration of edentulous patients

摘要 口腔种植是修复无牙颌功能的重要手段。该术式技术难度高,需要医生详细规划种植修复方案,并精准植入种植体,才能达到良好的修复效果。数字化导板可提高种植体植入精度,减少手术并发症,因此在无牙颌种植中应用广泛。由于多数无牙颌种植修复患者的术前咬合关系紊乱、颌骨形态不规则,严重影响了数字化导板的准确就位与应用精度。文章针对无牙颌种植导板的个性化设计和改良做一介绍,期望提高其临床应用效果。 Oral implant is an important means to repair edentulous jaw function.This operation is technically difficult.Doctors need to design the implant repair scheme in detail and accurately implant the implants in order to achieve good repair effect.Digital surgical guide can improve the accuracy of implant implantation and reduce surgical complications.Therefore,it is widely used in implant repair of edentulous patients.The application accuracy of digital surgical guide is seriously affected by the disordered occlusal relationship and irregular jaw shape.This paper reviews the personalized design and improvement of edentulous implant guide,hoping to improve its clinical application effect.
