融合BIM特征约束点自增长模型的室内外三维模型构建研究 被引量:1

摘要 针对室内外复杂场景一体化建模的精度高、难度大、效率低下等特点,本文以地面三维激光扫描技术(TSL)和建筑信息模型(BIM)重构技术为核心支撑,提出了融合BIM特征约束的点自增长模型重构方法。利用该方法以西安市五路口地铁站室内外真实场景构建为案例分析,验证了基于TSL和BIM技术融合构建高精度室内外一体化真三维场景的可行性与有效性。实践表明,基于TSL和BIM特征点融合的方案为解决相关问题提供了全新的技术途径和方法借鉴。 Aiming at the characteristics of high accuracy, difficulty and low efficiency of integrated modeling of indoor and outdoor complex scenes, a point self-growing model reconstruction method with BIM feature constraints is proposed based on the ground three-dimensional laser scanning technology(TSL) and BIM reconstruction technology. This method is used to build the real indoor and outdoor scene of fifth subway station in Xi′an City as a case study, which verifies the feasibility and effectiveness of building high-precision indoor and outdoor integrated true 3 D scene based on TSL and BIM technology. The results show that the solution based on the integration of TSL bad BIM provides a new technical way and method to similar problems.
