基于APP和ArcGIS的农村房地一体权籍调查系统设计与实现

Design and Implementation of Rural Real Estate and Land Entitlement Investigation System Based on APP and ArcGIS

为提高农村房地一体权籍调查工作效率、简化外业调查操作流程,结合湖南省开展的农村宅基地和集体建设用地确权登记工作,在手机APP和ArcGIS基础上,以Visual Studio 2013为开发平台,采用Visual C#、Js及Html5开发语言,设计了农地房地一体权籍调查系统,实现了外业调查、数据采集和编辑、属性录入、证件识别、进度和权属资料信息管理、图件制作导出、数据导入导出、数据库建设、用户管理等功能,有力支撑了农村房地一体权籍调查工作。应用结果表明,该系统具有较强的实用性、稳定性及扩展性。

In order to improve the efficiency of the investigation of the integration of rural real estate and land, and simplify the operation process of field investigation, combined with the confirmation and registration of rural homestead and collective construction land in Hu′nan Province, based on the mobile APP and ArcGIS, Visual Studio 2013 is used as the development platform. Using Visual C#, Js and Html5 development language, designed a farmland real estate integrated ownership investigation system, realized field investigation, data collection and editing, attribute entry, certificate identification, progress and ownership information management, map production functions, including export, data import and export, and user management, provide strong support for the investigation of rural real estate ownership. The application effect shows that the system has strong practicability, stability and scalability.
