摘要
基于二三维地理信息数据制作,借助SuperMap iServer发布二三维地图服务,并采用先进的Spring MVC、Ant Design of Vue框架和开源的MySQL数据库,结合某地区边境管控业务需求,开发实现了某边防牧场的人口管理、巡检管理、智能管控和移动端考勤打卡、巡边任务接收、边情汇报以及越界预警等功能。依托现代信息技术充分应用现有管控设施,挖掘地理信息数据在边境管控辅助决策中的价值,提升该地区的边境管控信息化、智能化水平。
Based on 2 D/3 D geographic information data, the paper uses SuperMap iServer to publish 2 D/3 D map services. Combined with the business requirements of border management and control, this paper adopts advanced Spring MVC framework, Ant Design of Vue framework and MySQL which is open-source database, to develop and realize a geographic information system for border control. The system features include population management, inspection management, intelligent management and control, and mobile attendance management, patrol tasks receive, border situation reporting, crossing warning, and so on. Relying on the full application of the existing management and control of modern information technology facilities, the system explores the geographic information value for border control assistance decision, and improves the border control information and intelligence level in the border area.
