摘要
为实现车辆起步加速过程驾驶性客观评价和优化的需求,通过对实际客户驾驶行为大数据样本的分析,构造了基于客户体验的起步加速客观测试评价工况。将起步加速工况进行了驾驶性特征提取和细分。并从响应性、平顺性、收敛性和风格等方面对客观评价指标进行了设计。通过对竞品驾驶性的测试和指标分析,获得了驾驶性评价指标以及驾驶性正向设计需求。从起步风格、收敛形态和加速度梯度等维度,对目标驾驶性曲面进行了设计。通过转矩传递模型和换挡模型的分析,对整车驾驶性能进行了优化设计。试验验证表明,曲线形态和性能指标都有了显著提升,驾驶性诉求得到满足。
For objective evaluation and optimization of vehicle performance during acceleration at starting,this paper constructs an objective test to evaluate the operating conditions during acceleration based on big data analysis on driving behaviors.The features of acceleration data at starting were abstractly extracted and subdivided.The objective evaluation indexes were designed regarding the responsiveness,smoothness,convergence and styles.The performances of competitive brand vehicles were tested and analyzed and then the evaluation indexes and design requirements were obtained.The target acceleration response maps were designed based on the starting curve,convergence and acceleration gradient.The torque transfer model and gear shifting model were used to optimize the vehicle performance.The testing results show that both the curve shape and performance indexes have been significantly improved and design requirements have been met.
