摘要
肝硬化合并终末期肾病患者肾脏替代治疗方式的选择仍是有争议的问题。本综述将讨论肝硬化合并终末期肾病患者不同肾脏替代治疗方式的利弊,重点讨论腹膜透析在该人群中应用的相关问题。
The choice of renal replacement treatment in patients with liver cirrhosis and end-stage renal disease is still controversial.This review will discuss the pros and disadvantages of different renal replacement treatment modes in patients with cirrhosis and end-stage renal disease,focusing on the application of peritoneal dialysis in this population.
