摘要
嘧啶是生物体内核酸的重要组成部分,目前有关嘧啶代谢途径的研究越来越深入。该文综述了国内外微生物中嘧啶代谢途径的最新进展,包括嘧啶类化合物的临床应用、其作用机制最新进展以及嘧啶的4条代谢途径的最新进展,简要概括了前人的研究成果,并从人类疾病角度提出了嘧啶代谢研究的意义和今后的发展方向。
Pyrimidine is an important part of nucleic acid in organisms.At present,the research on pyrimidine metabolism pathway is getting more and more in-depth.In this paper,the latest developments of pyrimidine metabolism pathways in microorganisms at home and abroad was reviewed,including the clinical application and mechanisms of pyrimidine compounds,as well as the latest developments in the four metabolic pathways of pyrimidines.The previous research results were briefly summarized.And from the perspective of human diseases,the significance of the study of pyrimidine metabolism and the future development direction were proposed.
