We should take a holistic and systematic perspective to have a full understanding of the epochal significance of promoting common prosperity.We should adhere to the basic principles of putting people first and grasp the value of common prosperity.Promoting common prosperity is essential if we want to leap over the middle-income trap,solve problems hindering development,strengthen the impetus of development,build a new development pattern and promote economic modernization.To achieve this goal,we should make active efforts in achieving balanced development among regions,rural revitalization and a new type of urbanization,and in building an efficient market and a capable government.We should also facilitate the free flow of production factors,narrow the income gap,safeguard social fairness and justice,strengthen areas of weakness and enhance people’s well-being.
