The human factor plays an important role in forming new relations between industry and agriculture and between urban and rural areas.Since demographic changes and economic development entered a new stage,with independent innovation as an important driving force,the human factor has become more prominent.In order to form new relations between industry and agriculture and between urban and rural areas,in which industry and agriculture reinforce each other,urban and rural areas complement each other to achieve coordinated development and common prosperity,we must always put people first,improve the scientific and cultural qualities of urban and rural residents,strengthen the two-way flow of urban and rural populations,and comprehensively reform the urban-rural system to actively push forward the process of urban-rural integration and agricultural modernization.
