Objective:To explore the clinical application of ultrasound-guided puncture and double tube flushing and drainage in the treatment of breast abscess caused by acute mastitis during lactation. Methods:Seventy lactating patients with acute mastitis who were clinically diagnosed with acute masti-tis and diagnosed as unilateral breast abscess by ultrasound were selected.Under the guidance of ul-trasound,two drainage tubes were inserted into the abscess cavity at the same time, one was the inlet tube and the other was Outlet pipe. After sucking the pus,it is injected with normal saline and antibi-otic solution through the water inlet pipe, and drawn from the water outlet pipe, with systemic anti-in-flammatory treatment. Results:In 70 patients, the abscesses were gradually reduced and the abscess cavity was closed under ultrasound guidance. The abscess cavity disappeared after ultrasound review. The clinical symptoms were significantly improved, and all were cured after 7-10 days of treatment.Conclusion:Ultrasound-guided puncture and double-tube flushing and drainage treatment of acutemastitis has a simple operation method, less trauma, less patient pain, short treatment course, and sig- nificant therapeutic effect. It is a better treatment method for acute mastitis breast abscess.
