Gutian Conference established the principles of putting ideology into the Party building and of raising political awareness in the military,which is the Party’s pioneering exploration of administration of the party and directing military affairs.It shows the original aspiration of the Communist Party is to seek happiness for the Chinese people and to achieve great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation;at the same time,it established the party’s leading position in the army and the principle of strengthening Party building to maintain the party’s advanced nature,taking the investigation and study of national conditions as the basis for formulation of policies.It has had a far-reaching impact on the governance of the country after the founding of new China.These principles guided the Party to successfully govern the country.The exploration of the reasons why the Party can successfully govern the country after the founding of new China has important enlightenment for promoting the modernization of national governance system and governance ability.
