Lei Peihong’s educational management activities occupy an important position in the history of educational management.Driven by the“theory of saving the country through education”,Lei Peihong used relevant theoretical resources such as politics,pedagogy and management,combined with Chinese traditional culture and China’s political and economic conditions at that time,took Guangxi as a pilot,focused on the educational administration and academic research of educational management,and carried out his educational management activities.In short,Lei Peihong’s educational management activities provide enlightenment for the current educational management in three aspects:starting from the overall situation of educational reform,matching with the needs of the state and society,and paying attention to academic research.
