摘要
选用三维表面算术平均高度Sa表征CFRP的表面粗糙度,以磨削样件的拉伸和压缩强度为标准,研究CFRP多向层合板在不同铣削参数下所产生的加工表面粗糙度对力学性能退化的影响。结果表明:Sa对拉伸强度及压缩强度的影响不显著,Sa>15μm时拉伸强度退化量会增多,加工时温度过高会对CFRP基体造成损伤,进而影响压缩强度。
Sa is used to characterize the surface roughness of CFRP,and the tensile and compressive strength of the ground sample is applied as the standard to study the effect of the surface roughness of CFRP multi-directional laminates on the degradation of mechanical properties under different milling parameters.The result shows that effect of Sa on the tensile strength and compressive strength is not evident.When Sa is more than 15μm,the degradation of tensile strength will increase.When the temperature is too high,the CFRP matrix will be damaged and the compressive strength will be affected.
