摘要
根据选区激光烧结快速成形需求,以热塑性材料尼龙为研究对象,开展选区激光烧结SLS技术的成形空间稳定性研究。对成形空间中不同位置的405根试样进行测试,研究试样在二维空间位置、三维空间位置性能差异及相应不同空间区域中试样摆放方向(xy、xz和yz)对力学性能影响的差异。工艺试验表明:成形空间总体试样拉伸强度变异系数CV值为3.71%;成形空间中心位置及第一层位置温度变化梯度小;3种成形方式中,xz方向试样力学性能最优,为43.69 MPa,变异系数为2.98%。
According to the requirements of selective laser sintering rapid prototyping,the spatial stability of SLS technology was studied with thermoplastic lynon as the reserch subject.405 samples in different spatial positions were tested.The effect of specimen placement direction(xy,xz and yz)on the two-dimensional were studied.The process test shows that the variation coefficient of tensile strength of the whole sample in the forming space is 3.71%,and the temperature gradient in the center and the first layer of the forming space is small.Among the three forming methods,the mechanical properties in xz direction perform the best with 43.69 MPa and the coefficient of variation as 2.98%.
