摘要
在教育改革不但深化推行的背景下,高等教育改革逐步推行。在高职院校的发展中面对着更多、更新的要求,且面对着更大的竞争与考核压力。此时,高职院校想要实现更好发展,必须要对人力资源管理工作进行更新调整,以充足、优质的人力资源支持高职院校的可持续发展。
Under the background of only deepening the education reform,the higher education reform is gradually carried out.In the development of higher vocational colleges,we are facing more and newer requirements,and facing greater competition and assessment pressure.At this time,if higher vocational colleges want to achieve better development,they must update and adjust the human resource management work,and support the sustainable development of higher vocational colleges with sufficient and high-quality human resources.
