新时代本科教育背景下民办应用型院校校企协同育人研究——以广州工商学院为例

Research on School-enterprise Cooperative Education of Private Application-oriented Universities under the Background of Undergraduate Education in the New Era——A Case Study of Guangzhou College of Technology and Business

本文与广州工商学院为例,介绍了在新时代本科教育背景下广州工商学院在校企融合协同育人中的有效实践与探索,以及在实践过程中发现的问题,提出了要强化教师服务区域经济能力、开展"3+1"人才培养模式试点、成立产业学院联合培养人才以及与学院周边的成规模企业合作共建人才培养基地等具体措施。

Taking Guangzhou College of Technology and Business as an example,this paper introduces the effective practice and exploration of Guangzhou College of Technology and Business in the collaborative education of school-enterprise integration education under the background of undergraduate education in the new era,as well as the problems found in the process of practice.It proposes to strengthen the ability of teachers to serve the regional economy,carry out the pilot of"3+1"talent training mode,set up the industrial college to jointly train talents and cooperate with the surrounding colleges scale enterprises cooperate to build talent training base and other specific measures.
