高校要办好人民满意的高等教育,需要提升高校基层党组织的组织力。当前高校基层党组织的组织力建设还面临着组织政治教育功能虚化、制度执行和考核不到位、党组织地位边缘化等现实的问题,需要通过突出高校基层党组织思想政治教育功能、完善组织制度和创新基层党建工作等方式全面提高高校基层党组织的组织力,以充分发挥党组织的功能,培育全面发展的新时代社会主义建设者和接班人,推动高等教育事业的发展和社会的进步。

In order to run higher education that satisfies the people, universities need to improve the organizational power of the primary Party organizations in colleges and universities. At present, the construction of the organizational power of the basic-level Party organizations in our universities is still facing some real problems: the function of organizational political education is not reflected, the system and assessment are not fully implemented, and the Party organization’s status is marginalized. These problems need to be resolved by highlighting the ideological and political education functions of the basic-level Party organizations in colleges or universities, improving the organizational system, and innovating basic-level Party building work. Only by comprehensively improving the organizational strength of the basic-level Party organization of the university can the function of the Party’s basic-level organization be fully utilized, and it can cultivate all-round socialist builders and successors in the new era and promote the development of higher education and social progress.
